Are all your products in stock ready to dispatch?

Many items are in stock and may, therefore, be ready for immediate dispatch, however, we ask that you allow for us to dispatch within 7-12 working days. We will give you an estimate when orders are placed and alert you to any issues which might prevent us dispatching within this time frame.

Can I track my parcel?

95% of our orders can be tracked, the detail of tracking varies depending on the service used. Where applicable, we will give you tracking details when we send your e-mail conformation that your order has been dispatched.

How long does it take for International orders to arrive?

It depends greatly on where you are, but most orders arrive within 5-10 days. However, please allow at least 15 days for your parcel to arrive.

What Companys do you use to ship products?

We use Royal Mail Parcels for most products, this is an insured and ‘signed for’ service that has proven to be very reliable. For some parts of the world and higher value items we may use couriers such as DHL etc.

What is the ‘Low cost Initial Quotation and Drawing Phase’ on custom orders?

This is an initial cost to make up a ‘no obligation’ quote and basic drawing of a custom product. The fee is non-refundable, as it covers our time to make the initial drawings / basic design and calculate a costing / component selection. (Product drawings remain the property of SRHardware LTD)
